Where could I find smaller hats for men?

I am in my twenties but I apparently have a small head, so normal men’s hats and baseball caps are too big and look ridiculous on me. I once fit into a hat meant for toddlers at Old Navy. I have a Volcom cap that I ordered in youth size and it fits. Fashionable hats can’t really be ordered in youth, I don’t think, like fedoras and newsboy caps. If they can, where could I find them?
